Terms of Service
Thank you for using Settrcom AB's influencer experience and discovery app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms of service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the App.
Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms form a binding contract between you and Settrcom AB. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. You may not use the App to transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful software.
Intellectual Property Rights
The App and all of its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and other materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use the App or any of its contents for any commercial purpose without Settrcom AB's express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and all of its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Settrcom AB makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App. Settrcom AB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Settrcom AB will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Changes to the Terms
Settrcom AB reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If Settrcom AB makes changes to the Terms, Settrcom AB will post the revised Terms on the App and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to use the App after Settrcom AB posts any changes, you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Swedish Arbitration Institute.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Settrcom AB with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Settrcom AB.
Delete account
Login to the app
First, you need to log into the app. Launch the app from your device, either iOS or Android. If you've already signed into your account and saved your login credentials, you should automatically be logged in. If not, you'll need to enter your username and password manually. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it via the "Forgot Password?" option.
Navigate to the Profile Page
Once you're logged in, you will be taken to the home screen of the app. From here, you need to access your account settings. To do this, locate your profile picture, typically situated in the bottom right corner of the screen. Tap on Profile. This action should open up a menu or direct you to your profile/account page.
Scroll Down
In the account or profile page, you'll see various settings and options related to your account such as wishlist, profile details, and more. Here, you need to click profile details. Scroll to the bottom until you locate the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button.
Click Delete Account
Once you've found the "Delete Account" button, you can proceed with the account deletion process. Tap on "Delete Account." You will likely be asked to confirm your decision as this is a significant action. Remember, deleting an account is usually permanent and cannot be undone, so be sure you want to proceed.
Be aware that you may also be asked to enter your password again for security reasons before the account deletion is confirmed. After entering your password, confirm your decision. Your account will then be deleted in accordance with the app's policies.
