One programme, six stages — nothing lost between them.
This is the walk through a Settr programme: what happens, in what order, what you approve, and what you get back at every stage. Run by a senior team, on a system we built ourselves.
One journey, still run in seven disconnected parts.
Discovery in one tool, outreach in another, parcels in a spreadsheet, results in a deck built weeks later. At every handoff, context is lost. Settr runs the whole thing on one record — so nothing falls between hands.
Cast by the content, not the follower count. Discovery reads the actual posts of 200,000 creators and returns your brand's content-twins — on any market you enter. You approve every name; each yes sharpens the next list.

Learn about Product trackingSix questions decide what a post is worth. Each captured post is read the way a sharp marketer would — six plain yes-or-no questions, weighted to your brand — and the answers resolve into one move. A clinical skincare house and a drop-led label don't scale the same way; their reads don't either.
Learn about content scoringWinners become media. The rest keep earning. The best posts get paid budget on the creator's own handle, where the trust already lives. The strongest are licensed and re-cut to run wide. Everything else keeps its affiliate link — no post gets budget because someone liked it in a meeting.
Learn about affiliate signalsA report a CFO can read. Content value, media spend, and attributed revenue — tracked for six months, because creator content keeps selling after the campaign ends. Counted from the real chain, not modelled. And the outcome retrains the next cast — so the next round starts smarter.

What does Settr actually do?
We run creator programmes for premium brands end to end, on a platform we built ourselves: casting by brand-fit AI that reads creator content, gifting with every parcel tracked, automatic capture of every post, scoring on six brand-weighted questions, amplification of the winners as paid media and affiliate, and revenue attribution for six months. One senior team, one system.
How is this different from an agency — or a creator database?
An agency runs your programme across spreadsheets and other people's tools; a database sells you a list and leaves the work to you. Settr is both the operator and the system: a senior team runs the programme on software built for exactly this, so every stage writes to the same record and every round teaches the next. The learning stays with your brand instead of leaving with a vendor.
Do we have to pay every creator a fee?
No. Programmes usually start with gifting — creators receive product, not fees, and each one gets their own affiliate link and code. The content that comes back is scored, and only the winners graduate to paid budget: boosted from the creator's own handle, or licensed and run wider as ads. A retainer covers a fixed number of creators per month, so the economics are known before anything ships.
What do you measure — and can our CFO trust it?
Every post is captured and scored on six plain questions weighted to your brand. The report you read holds content value, media spend, and attributed revenue — tracked for six months, because creator content keeps selling after the campaign ends. The numbers are counted from the actual chain of parcel, post, score, and sale — not modelled.
Which markets do you operate in?
We're based in Stockholm, with creator operations in Marbella and engineering in Tbilisi — and we run programmes wherever the parcels go. Casting works on any market because it reads the content itself: the same brand standard applies whether a creator posts from Stockholm, Paris, or Seoul.
Who runs my programme — and who do I talk to first?
A senior team owns your programme end to end — strategy, casting, logistics, content, media, and reporting. The first conversation is a thirty-minute walkthrough with Simon Fransson, Settr's founder: we map your current programme, show the system on live data, and tell you what we'd change — and what we'd leave alone.
